We were fortunate enough to have John Wallace – Head of Procurement & Purchasing at Anchor Trust as our guest speaker. John is a well-respected, award-winning procurement and commercial professional with a demonstrable track record of achievement in terms of cost reduction, process improvement, innovation, leadership and transformational change. With over 20 years experience within the private and public sector, John has worked at large and complex organisations holding senior management positions in diverse sectors ranging from brewing and drinks and food industries to healthcare.John talked the attendees through his procurement strategy focusing on how it adds value by supporting the trust’s five-year business plan.
