Job Description

  • Process and issue client invoices with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update billing records within the Accounting & Finance system.
  • Reconcile client accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and consistent data entry.
  • Support the month-end closing process by generating billing reports.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and billing-related matters professionally.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance the billing function.

The Successful Applicant
