This role seeks a dedicated Compliance Officer to ensure operations align with industry regulations within the Public Sector, particularly in Property. The successful candidate will uphold and improve the existing compliance framework, ensuring a safe, lawful environment.

To plan and monitor budgets, spend, cash flow forecasts and contract compliance as necessary to meet financial regulations and delegated authorities and relevant policy and procedures.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Repairs to lead our repairs and maintenance division with schemes across Merseyside and Lancashire. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of repairs and maintenance for our social housing properties, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and compliance with relevant regulations.

The role involves conducting stock condition surveys, property inspections, and producing detailed reports to support asset management and investment programs while ensuring compliance with statutory obligations. It also requires managing financial reporting, reviewing Fire Risk Audits, and maintaining up-to-date records in relevant systems to support quality and value-for-money standards.

The main purpose of this role is to oversee the relevant contractor responsible for fire safety thereby ensuring the delivery of statutory and regulatory compliance. You will lead on the fire risk assessment programme, evaluate the identified hazards and take necessary actions to reduce or eliminate them.

As a Senior Capital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients infrastructure, with a strong focus on fire safety compliance, ensuring that our facilities are safe, modern, and fit for purpose.
