We recruit high-potential people from hidden talent pools via charity partners, full-time and paid, from day one. Step 2. Pagers are trained for 2-3 months in advance of most deployments and gain practical experience whilst on our bench. Industry-recognised certification, refinement, and tailoring as you need it, all included. Step 3. Once deployed, our Pagers are supported by a dedicated delivery manager who captures feedback and coaches progress towards milestones and onsite goals. Step 4. Upon completion of a project, Pagers can be offered FTE employment at no recruitment fee, provided the qualifying period has been met. Alternatively, Pagers can be returned to HQ at 30 days' notice.
