With a turnover of c£247m, the Finance department is responsible for managing the University’s income, expenditure, financial performance, and procurement processes ensuring value for money and financial sustainability in all its financial activities. Finance create value for the University by providing insight, delivering efficiencies and ensuring good financial governance.

What does Plymouth and its surrounding area have to offer?

Plymouth is located in the beautiful South West of England – an ideal location for leisure and learning, with plenty of quiet spaces and recreational opportunities. Plymouth enjoys a combination of modern city living and rural charm. It is around three to four hours by train to London and there are ferry links to France and Spain.
 

Just outside of Plymouth is a region of rural and coastal Devon – to the north side, it stretches to the edges of Dartmoor National Park; to the south, it covers one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the UK from Torbay to Plymouth.
