Before joining the Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc Group in 2012, Andy practiced at the Commercial Bar in London. He was European General Counsel at Blackstone Trust in Baltimore, USA and worked for a leading IT company, Research Machines plc.
Andy’s areas of expertise include international law, corporate governance, international business development including M&A, business restructuring, information technology, contract negotiation.
