Jess initially joined our business in 2017 as a General Manager in one of our largest UK plants, and during his 6 years with Elis has held two General Manager positions. We are incredibly proud that in 2022 Jess was promoted to the role of Regional Director for the South East, taking full ownership for 7 operating sites and 1,500 colleagues.

Joining the business as a graduate in 2021, Jake quickly asserted himself in the world of sales, soon becoming one of our top-performing UK local sales consultants. After 2 years, Jake was promoted to a regional role and has since gone from strength to strength, providing a great example of the development opportunities Elis can offer to graduates starting out in their careers.
