About the client This client is the UK's largest founder-led, independent Builders Merchant, supplying building materials to trade and DIY customers from over 250 locations across England, Scotland, and Wales. Our client's challenge: building out a new finance functionOur client was restructuring and building out a new finance function, and needed to recruit twelve permanent finance roles, varying in level and skill set.
