Given these were the first sales hires into Ambion, Michael Page Sales were able to lend a long-established recruitment brand to the process. In conjunction with this, our team conducted a headhunt project - specifically seeking candidates with a track record of selling construction and heating products into the social housing and local authority sector. We also utilised specialist unconscious bias software to ensure they attracted candidates from as diverse a background as possible.Furthermore, a co-branded media campaign was used – advertising on leading jobsites along with an interactive landing page on the Michael Page website. Interview & hiring process All shortlisted candidates received a presentation on Ambion and their long-term vision along with being put through a competency-based interview. A full and final selection was then presented to Ambion. The results Ambion were able to make multiple hires and choose from a shortlist of sales candidates with a proven track record of selling into their target markets. The candidates are now up and running and building a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
